Showcase

  • Specs: 532 x 500 pixels, max file size 75k

  • Text:
    Copy:     'About' paragraph for company profile, up to 280 characters (including spaces)
  • Position: The Showcase Ad appears on the main Showcase page for each individual advertiser.

Showcase Sponsorship

  • Specs: 300 (w) x 250 (h) pixels
  • File Types: SWF (Flash Movie) OR JPG or GIF (72 dpi, RGB format)
  • File Size: 100 KB Maximum
  • Website Link: Provide link to your website
  • Notes: If submitting a Flash banner, please place the click-through url within the movie
  • Position: The Showcase Sponsorship appears on the main index page of the Showcases section. Showcase Sponsorships appear randomly per section of the main Showcase page, i.e. Builders, Planned Communities and Active Adult communities.

The Premium Listing then shows the Expanded Listing once the name of the community is clicked.

  • Notes: Logo must be on a white background
  • Position: Advertiser Logo's appear on a main index page based upon the advertising type, in the Showcases are of the site. They also appear on each advertiser's Showcase page, and on all advertising components associated with the advertiser's package, i.e. Premium and Expanded Listings, Sidebar Ads, Photo Gallery, Super Models, etc.
