Homepage Sponsorship

Platinum Level Advertisers Only

  • Images: Up to 3 images can be displayed
    Specs: 563 x 389 pixels, 72 dpi, JPG, RGB format
  • Text: Caption up to 80 characters (including spaces) for each image
  • Notes:
    • Images must not contain embedded text or logos
    • No Black/White images will be accepted

  • Position: The Showcase Ad appears on the main Showcase page for each individual advertiser.

The Premium Listing then shows the Expanded Listing once the name of the community is clicked.

  • Community Name: Provide name of Community where the Model is located

    Specs: 404 x 267 pixels, 72 dpi, RGB format, JPG or GIF
  • Notes: Please provide names for each of the photos as you would like them displayed on the Super Model. (Example: Family Room, Kitchen, Master Bath, etc.)
  • Position: Super Models appear independently, each on their own page, upon selecting from a gallery of available Super Models per Builder.

  • Type: HTML/Plain-Text based email
    (choose one and/or both)
  • Specs: Provide the following:
  • Notes:
    • Please allow for 3 business days to process an Email Alert for delivery.
    • HTML emails are designed by the advertiser.
    • No Flash or Javascript are permitted in the HTML email.
    • If using CSS, please use Inline styling versus Internal or linking to an External CSS file.

  • Title: Up to 60 characters including spaces

  • Notes:
    • If you have existing video you would like to use, please provide us with the FLV file according to the specifications above.
    • We also offer video production services. Please contact your Account Executive for information about shooting a video.
  • Position: Videos appear on the right side of the main Showcase page for each advertiser, where available. A gallery of available videos per advertiser is also available in the Galleries section, under the Video tab.

Logo

  • Image: 1 logo per Ad Package
    Specs: 130 x 40 pixels, 72 dpi, RGB format, JPG format only
  • Notes: Logo must be on a white background
  • Position: Advertiser Logo's appear on a main index page based upon the advertising type, in the Showcases are of the site. They also appear on each advertiser's Showcase page, and on all advertising components associated with the advertiser's package, i.e. Premium and Expanded Listings, Sidebar Ads, Photo Gallery, Super Models, etc.
